Child’s first name (or nickname)

Home location details you provide (such as address or approximate location) used to tailor environmental monitoring.
You may also provide a school location if you choose.
Interactions with our website and service pages (e.g., page views, form submissions)
Support requests and communications
Subscription status and billing metadata (processed by our payment provider). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
We use information to:
Create and manage your Satori account
Deliver SMS notifications and alerts you request
Provide daily forecasts and early alerts based on environmental conditions and your preferences
Provide customer support and respond to requests
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
Improve reliability, quality, and performance of the service
Comply with legal obligations
If you opt into SMS, we will send you service-related messages such as forecasts, alerts, reminders, and account notices.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only as needed to operate the service:
We use trusted vendors to host infrastructure and deliver service communications, including:

These providers are authorized to process information only to provide services to us.
If you enrolled through a participating pediatric center (for example via a center enrollment link), we may share limited parent/child contact and enrollment details with that center for program administration and care coordination. We do not share your mobile information for marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and our systems.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion subject to lawful retention needs.
